Hi! This is Tanya Stimpson with this week’s crop insurance update. This week’s topic is Wheat acreage report and spring crop production reports due and brought to you by The Sewell Agency in Chillicothe.
Now that everyone is finished planting wheat it is time for you to come in and see me. I need your Wheat acreage reports by the end of November. You need to report to FSA and then bring me your FSA 578 form. The acres and dates we report need to match what the FSA report has.
The next thing you need to be getting to your insurance agent is the production on your 2007 harvest. Your agent needs you soybeans, corn and Milo yields to update your production history. This helps you get ready for your 2008 spring crop year.
